Hello,

I ran DeformableRegistration8.cxx using the following command:
(I altered the reading of files suitable for DICOM)

./DeformableRegistration8 subjectout.dcm atlasout.dcm outputImagefile
differenceOutputfile differenceBeforeRegistration deformationField

Starting Registration
