[Insight-users] I could not compile code in VC++.

I am using ITK on VC++6. There was no error when I
used CMake to produce compile files for
MRIRegistration example. However I could not compile
code in VC++.
This is the eror.

fatal error C1021: invalid preprocessor command
'cmakedefine'
Error executing cl.exe.
