HI! Lius,
and by the way, by modifing the itkrawimagereaderviewer to include the
created header file, I do got an executable rawimagereaderviewer, however,
the result is not what thought it should be I am reading in a image with 256
* 256 * 1 pixels and it just show abnormal noise on the screen.
