<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;line-height:115%;color:rgb(31,73,125)">I have 2 images. The first
one is a low resolution image of size (4mm X 4 mm X 4mm) and image size of
100X100x100 voxels. The 2^nd image is a binary high resolution one
1X1X1 mm and the size is 400x400x400 voxels. I would like to mask the low resolution
image by the high res one and then apply a filter only to the masked area in
the low res image.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;line-height:115%;color:#1f497d"><br></span></p>
