</div>From a person who has used itk with visual studio for 5 years now, the<br>
key is to understand and use CMake and not try to create projects in<br>
visual studio directly. I would start by learning how to generate your<br>
visual studio projects using CMake. Then try some the examples in the<br>
wiki using CMake to generate the projects.<br>
