<div>The best way seems to separate an application from the itk whole application project and to run it.</div>
<div>I tried to separate ImageViewer and GaussianFilter applications but without any success.</div>
<div>It seems that the problem is originated from the Cmake.txt file I am using. I am asking for any working application (that combine fltk and itk) so I can start from it.</div>
