<p>You have to extract the command that generates the mdx-file that is missing and execute it yourself.</p>
<p>To get this command you may have to switch on debugging or verbose mode in make and/or cmake. Alternatively you have to dig into the Makefiles.<br>
Depends on your preference ;)</p>
