<p>I had this type of problems some times in the past.<br>
I built the missing *.mdx-files by hand and continued the build. This is surely not the best solution since it should work out of the box but maybe its worth a try.</p>

                                        <td valign="top" style="font:inherit;">Dear ITK experts,<BR><BR>I have successfully (at least it looks like it so far) compiled and installed ITK with Python wrapping.<BR><BR>Now I'm trying to compile PyBuffer in the Wrapping/ExternalProjects folder. After 75% progress I get the following error:<BR><BR>Traceback (most recent call last):<BR>&nbsp; File "/usr/local/lib/cmake/ITK-4.3/WrapITK/Configuration/Generators/SwigInterface/igenerator.py", line 560, in &lt;module&gt;<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp; load_mdx(f)<BR>&nbsp; File "/usr/local/lib/cmake/ITK-4.3/WrapITK/Configuration/Generators/SwigInterface/igenerator.py", line 311, in load_mdx<BR>&nbsp; &nbsp; f = file( file_name )<BR>IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/local/lib/cmake/ITK-4.3/WrapITK/Configuration/Typedefs/Base.mdx'<BR>make[2]: *** [Typedefs/itkPyBuffer.i] Error 1<BR>make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/BufferConversionSwig.dir/all] Error 2<BR>make: *** [all]
