<font size="2"><font face="verdana,sans-serif">You are not precise enough. If you mean segmentation, there are many ways to do it but none is perfect. If you meant labeling vertebrae (C7, T1, T2, ..., T12, L1, etc) there are ways too but that is specific application and it is not part of the ITK library.<br>
