<DIV>&nbsp; Thank you for your response. I have used the ImageRegistration inside InsightsApplications. The data I used is&nbsp;two mhd images&nbsp;with the size&nbsp;1024x1024x40. The images are correctly loaded.&nbsp;But&nbsp;when the registration is done, nothing shows in the registered image.&nbsp;Is this related to the paramters initialization?&nbsp;Thanks.</DIV>
