<div>Give VectorResampleImageFilter a try. I've successfully used VectorResampleImageFilter for an image of RGB pixels, and RGB pixels are fixed arrays. I suppose that I'm assuming itk::Image<itk::Vector<>> and itk::VectorImage<> are treated the same. </div>
