I am opening Large dicom images for ex CR or MG about 50 MB and i am using<br>

itk::ImageIOBase to determine the image type and then pass it to<br>
itk::ImageFileReader to read the image but it seems too slow while opening.<br>

I wanna know if i can use an option for ex streaming to open the image much<br>
more faster also when i make processing on the image it seems very slow too<br>
so i resampled the image using the itk::ResampleImageFilter to speed the<br>
processing ..<br>

I wanna know if there's a way to open the image much faster ?<br>

Also i am facing a problem when opening compressed images it seems too slow<br>
and i am using verison 3.20<br>
Any help will be appreciated .<br>
