Hallo everyone,<br><br>I wanna use the itk TPS, I was reading the given paper: IEEE TMI paper by Davis, Khotanzad, Flamig, and Harms, Vol. 16 No. 3 June 1997. I was wondering if this is the right paper since it is about EBS.<br>
<br>Furthermore, it would be great to know how the optimization is done in the current implementation.<br>Because it takes quite long and I'm thinking of implementing a CUDA version.<br><br>Any hints are highly welcome!<br>
