I was able to </div><div>produce the STL file but was not able to import </div><div>the mesh for some reason that I don't remember. </div><div>I instead imported the boundary points of my object </div><div>and used the meshing provided by Abaqus. </div><div><br></div><div>You can interact with Abaqus through their scripting </div><div>environment and that's how I proceeded. I introduced </div><div>points one by one and connected them to form the object </div><div>in Abaqus.
