<br>you are passing the directory:<br><br> C:/ITK/InsightToolkit-3.18.0/Utilities<br><br>this is incorrect.<br><br><br><br>The directory that you should put is:<br><br> C:/ITK/InsightToolkit-3.18.0<br>
