Hello Arpit<br><br>If you are referring to this method: <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Difference_of_Gaussians">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Difference_of_Gaussians</a><br>you can try to simply use two RecursiveGaussianImageFilter with two different sigmas, and substract the smoothed images with DifferenceImageFilter.<br>
