<div dir="ltr">Hi Sutrisno, <br><br>you may start initially with Examples/Segmentation/ConnectedThresholdImageFilter.cxx. , apply it on a 3D image, and visualize its output using any 3D image viewer, then you would shift to more complicated segmentation algorithms.<br>
