<br>3) Are you using the same CMake configuration options ?<br> In particular <br><br> USE_REVIEW ?<br> ITK_USE_OPTIMIZED_REGISTRATION_METHODS ?<br> ITK_USE_CENTERED_PIXEL_COORDINATES_CONSISTENTLY ?<br>
<br><br>It would be interesting to turn ON Testing in both of your <br>ITK builds and run an Experimental, to see if all the tests<br>pass. In particular the registration test.<br><br><br> Please let us know,<br><br><br>
