Hello Circass<br><br>ITK and VTK have different coordinate systems, specifically the y-coordinate is reversed.<br><br>Either in the ITK or the VTK side of the code you have to flip the images along the y axis. Use <font size="2"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; color: black;">vtkImageFlip</span><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"> </span></font>class for instance<br>

Hi my friends,<br>
i am reading dicom files with itk image reader(gdcm). and then converting<br>
them to vtk and visualizing them with vtkimageviewer2.<br>
My problem is ;<br>
images are reversed. I dont understand the problem. Is there something that<br>
i have to do before i convert it to vtkimage ? or before to send<br>
imageviewer2 ? and if there is something i have to do, what is that ?<br>
