For installing ITK & Cmake, I followed the directions given in GettingStarted.txt and in http://www.itk.org/ItkSoftwareGuide.pdf<br><br>" On Windows, run CMake by clicking on CMakeSetup.exe."<br>The issue is that I could not locate Cmakesetup.exe anywhere in my windows computer including C:/Program files/.
