If i understand right what you have sent: <br>first imust just to read a dicom series and not right it and then i add to this the program of region growing: in one file it is right!!<br>and to display the result how can i do?<br>

class instead of the ImageFileReader class.<br>The input then will be the Directory where you<br>have your DICOM series.<br><br><br>Then, <br>in your instantiation of the region growing<br>filter, you should use dimension = 3.<br>
