Hello everyone,

I am currently working on creating a Python (user) interface for various
pre-processing algorithms available in ITK. For this purpose, I will be
using the Python wrappers generated by ITK. The aim is to make it easier
for users to implement these wrappers without having to worry about
the details of templates and other implementational aspects. 


We are not looking at including all the ITK pre-processing algorithms. We are currenly trying to populate a list of pre-processing algorithms that are commonly used. We have made a short list of commmonly used algorithms, which can be viewed in http://www.farsight-toolkit.org/wiki/ITK_Pre-Processing_Algorithm_Wrappers_in_Python .  It would be very helpful if the community can suggest some commonly used pre-processing algorithms (not already present in the list) that it thinks should be a part of the interface described above. The list need not be restricted to ITK pre-processing algorithms - it can also include algorithms from VTK. We intend to include this list of algorithms in the interface.
