Dear all,<br><br>So as to register 2 images with landmarks initialization I used the imageRegTool program (LandmarkInitializedMutualInformationRegistration folder in Insight-Applications).<br>After the registration I saved the transform (in a ".tfm" file) from the moving image to the fixed image.<br>
Here is my question:<br>to what correspond exactly the "Parameters" and "FixedParameters" in the ".tfm" file? Is it an offset? a translation-rotation-scaling transformation matrix?<br><br><br>
