I need to create a vector image from several scalar images. For<br>
example, to create an RGB image from three scalar images, each<br>
representing one channel. Is there a canonical ITK way to do this?<br>
Also, it would be nice if I could do this with in a non-copying kind<br>
of way, similar to itkImageImportFilter.<br>
