Hi!<br><br>Well, i solved the orientation problem by using the itk::OrientImageFilter class.<br><br>but now i got problems with the location in space. <br><br>When i load 2 nifti images and superimpose them (i´m currently using the InsightApllication LandmarkInitializedMutualInformationRegistration) then it looks like they dont really match.
