VTK sometimes has problems with deformation fields generated in ITK<br>
(*.vtk format). VTK sometimes cannot read the header output by ITK. If<br>
you are saving the deformation fields as *.vtk files, trying saving them<br>
as *.mha. This has worked for me in the past.<br>
