[Insight-users] HessiantoObjectnessMeasureImageFilter

Hi Matt,
Thanks again for your help.
I was able to implement the example from
http://itk.org/ITKExamples/src/Filtering/ImageFeature/SegmentBloodVessels/Documentation.html,
which does a great job segmenting the vessels from a volume!

I found however that the larger vessels were left hollow. In order to fill
in the larger vessels I ran the same filter again with a larger sigma and
then sum the results at the two scales. I am wondering if this is a
recommended way to fill in the vessels? I need the filled vessels in order
to find the vessel centerlines in order to eventually calculate the vessel
diameter.

Thank you
Jesse
