Hi,

It is nice to know of the efforts being made by different people towards
increasing the accessibility of ITK/VTK.

As a suggestion I would like to make the following points :-

a) Good and efficient experience with ITK/VTK (including understanding the
documentation) requires a proper knowledge of OOPS. Although it does not
matter for small programs, but for large projects where efficiency is of
concern, this is very important.

There should be some material in this regard covering the aspects of OOPS .
Although many such references exist, but for new ITK/VTK users, all of that
should be available at one nice place.

b) A serparate site dedicated to ITK/VTK education would be great for new
users.

c) Apart from the mailing lists, some forum would also be a nice place for
ITK/VTK users.

We have a long way to go before ITK/VTK gets absorbed in a greater
population working in medical imaging. But i believe these points can help
in this regard..
