[Insight-users] Strange error running ITKApps

Actually, I have multiple version of VS and different releases of the
toolkits since
I was (am) trying any working combination of itk, vtk, itkapps, fltk under Win7.
I took care when I compile and combination, but I will have a deep look once
again tomorrow...
