Hi

Take loot at itk::OtsuImageThresholdFilter that calulates automatic 
threshold. Try search in itk documentation or google is your best friend

Hi all,

        Till now I worked for the 3D image segmentation using connected 
threshold filter and I am able segment a particular region based on 
specifying seed points, lower and upper thresholds.

Now Can I get a filter which performs automatic segmentation (means without 
taking input as seed points and lower and upper thresholds).
