Hi Nick,

Yes, the correspondence is one-to-one. I had actually bumped into your 
itk::BSplineScatteredDataPointSetToImageFilter class, but I hadn't 
realised it can be used for warping. Thanks for the pointer, I'll 
definitely give it a try!
