Hi all,

I have updated Gerardus (release 0.4.0) to compile, install and run the
MEX ITK functions itk_imfilter (image to image filters) and
itk_kernel_transform (warps) in Windows as well as Linux.

My settings are:

  - Windows XP 32-bit
  - CMake 2.8
  - Insight Toolkit 3.20
  - Matlab 2010b
  - Visual Studio 10

but it'll hopefully run with other settings too.

Now Gerardus provides an improved FindMatlab.cmake that I hope can
automatically find your Matlab directory and files.

Instructions on how to build and install are provided in the wiki

Best regards,

Ramon.
