[Insight-users] GIPL binary file

BTW, the code shown here:
http://www.kitware.com/products/html/AlternativeMemoryModelsForITK.html
for single-bit binary images doesn't seem to work.

This line gives an error:
typedef itk:: SingleBitBinaryImage Dim ImageType;

main.cpp:469: error: 'SingleBitBinaryImage' in namespace 'itk' does  
not name a type

Do I need another namespace?  What am I doing wrong?
