[Insight-users] Detecting border of a segment

Hi Gaëtan,

thank you very much for your BinaryContourImageFilter. It works great in a
stunning speed. I wonder if you (or somebody else) know a way how to combine
the contour-image with the original input image (maybe a mask or something).
I want to paint the contour on the original image. But the contour
imformation is hidden in the itk image, of course. If I had a list of all
contour points (specified by their coordinate) that would be easy for me.
