Don't change any defaults but probably the building of documentation
and examples because this takes a long time..

No changes or additions there.

For the past 10+ years I have used X: to build source on windows
machines so that X: on my primary build box is the same as X: on any
other machine I login to in the department. This makes remote
debugging work without a lot of problems.

X:/32bit/VC.80/Libraries/ITK-3.16

or

X:/64bit/VC.80/Libraries/ITK-3.16

or

X:/32bit/VC.90/Libraries/ITK-3.16

or

X:/64bit/VC.90/Libraries/ITK-3.16

depending on what machine I am on..
