[Insight-users] How to initialize narrow band for level set methods?

Dear ITK Users

I would like to ask how to use the narrow band level set methods in ITK.
Is it enough to specify the radius of the narrow band or do you have to 
pass an already populated narrow band
to the level set filters? If so, how do you create a proper narrow band 
in order to pass it to the level set filter via the SetNarrowBand method
(defined in itkNarrowBandImageFilterBase)?
