[Insight-users] how to apply a mask for deformable image registration?

Several metrics support the use of a FixedImageMask and a
MovingImageMask. These are specified in the form of
ImageMaskSpatialObject You can use these to exclude voxel pairs from
the fixed image and the Moving image from contributing to your metric.
