[Insight-users] ItkRegMFC example in Visual express 2008?

Hi Dear ITK users,
 
I tried to run ItkRegMFC example following Yong Su instructions but instead Visual studio net 2003, I have compliled it with visual express 2008. This error message was chown :

I have searched for 'afxwin.h'  but I can't find it? Someone has an idea in how to modify ItkRegMFC code to run with visual express 2008 or where I can find 'afxwin.h' ?
