[Insight-users] relocation R_X86_64_32 against `a local symbol' can not be used when making a shared object

Dear ITKers,

I just tried to build the InsightApplications-3.8.0 on my brand new 
Intel-64 server
and got the error below.

Any ideas how to fix it?
