[Insight-users] Tuning parameters of MultiResMIRegistration

Hi All,

I am trying to register CT and MRI 3D images using a program apdated from MultiResMIRegistration, using Viola-Wells MI, QuaternionRigidTransform and CenteredTransformInitializer, but the registration result is pathetic, I attached the optimization monitoring file to the email and type the parameters value in the following, I would be very grateful if you could give me any suggestion.
