Aha,

Thanks!

Subject: [Insight-users] Where is ANSI_STDLIB directive in vtk 4.2
  Hello,
I was reading posts on the mailing list about compiling =
vtk+itk+fltk, and there they say you have to compile vtk using =
ANSI_STDLIB by setting the flag VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB in cmake to ON. But =
now there is no such flag in cmake(latest cmake version and vtk 4.2) not =
even with the advanced values enabled!
I am using the VC7.0.NET compiler, so I could set the preprocesser =
directive manualy, but is the the right way?
  Toon.
