[Insight-users] how to compile a single example?

Assuming you have run cmake at the top level...

On Windows, load the dsw for itk. In the left window that lists akk of the classes, right click on
the example you want to build and select "Set as Active Project". Then, build (or F7). This assumes
Visual C++ (v6).

On Unix, go into the example you wish to build and make.
