[Insight-developers] Config problems on redwall.kitware

Actually, BillsBasement is a linux system running Fedora 13. I will
eventually set up a nightly and continuous there.

My VS compiler was on BillsLaptop. That was the machine contributing
the Borland build.

Now I use mingw on the WIndows system.
